How many staff do I need for my event?+
Staffing ratios depend on your guest count, venue size, and event type. As a general guide: 1 staff member per 80–100 guests for standard events, more for high-density events like festivals or buffet-style dining. We'll recommend the right ratio when you get a quote.
What do your live staff wear?+
All staff arrive in professional, clean uniforms — typically dark trousers, a branded polo or dress shirt, and non-slip footwear. If your event has a specific dress code or colour scheme, let us know in advance and we'll accommodate where possible.
Can live staff handle food and beverage waste?+
Yes. Our team is trained to handle food waste, catering debris, glassware collection, and beverage spills safely and hygienically. We work closely with your catering team to make sure our workflows complement each other.
Can I combine live staff with a pre-clean or deep clean?+
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Our most popular option is the full-event package: venue pre-clean before guests arrive, live staff throughout, and post-event deep clean after close. Bundled packages often come at a reduced rate — ask us for a quote.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead for smaller events and 3–4 weeks for larger events requiring 5+ staff. We do take last-minute bookings subject to availability — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Are your staff trained and background checked?+
Yes — every team member is fully vetted, background-checked, and trained to our service standards before working an event. All staff are covered under our $5M general liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
