Completion time depends on venue size. A typical function room takes 2–3 hours. Larger venues such as ballrooms, conference centres, or multi-room facilities can take 4–6 hours. We always schedule our team to finish well before your access window closes so you have a buffer.
Do you supply your own equipment and products? +
Yes — completely. Our team arrives with all professional-grade equipment, eco-certified cleaning products, mops, vacuums, microfibre cloths, restroom supplies, and bin liners. You don't need to provide anything. Our products are non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for all venue surfaces.
Can the pre-clean happen while setup is taking place? +
Absolutely. We work in coordination with your décor, AV, and catering teams. Our crew is experienced in working around ongoing setup — we clean as areas are completed and adapt our workflow so we never disrupt your timeline.
